Lost 1-6 against Winwick

A disappointing end to the season as we lost 6-1 to a well drilled Winwick team. To be honest in the first half the boys lacked any conviction or desire and at the interval we were down 4-0. However, a much better second half showing of passing, shooting and tackling was greated with a penalty which was duly taken by Lewis.
Overall, this performance proved what type of season we have. To often we give the opposition time and respect which has cost us dearly over the course of the season. Football wise, when we want too, there is no better passing team within the league, but we dont do enough, and players need to work harder for each other, and stop the silly mistakes, that cost us games!
These are the things we need to improve on for next season, and during the summer we make the necessary changes and look at these areas and push on for what looks like an even harder Division next season.
