Please make every effort to attend training on Monday night. Whilst your child trains, Ian Bateman will hold a series of pitchside meetings with parents to outline the Crosfields Club Ethos. We are a Charter Standard Development Club and hope to be awarded (the highest) Charter Standard Community Club Status later this year. To do this with integrity we need to be sure that we have the highest standards throughout the Club and these meetings are a part of that. Ian, on behalf of the committee and all the coaches within the club, will explain what we believe in, as a Junior Football Club, what we expect of parents, coaches and players within the club. There will be opportunity to ask questions and make comments. The plan is for two meetings to happen at the following (approximate) times: 6.30 U8 and U9 Parents (Hood Lane) 7.00 U6, U7 and U10 Parents (Great Sankey). Please be ready to gather together so that you can hear what is said, and try to bear with us if there are delays on the night. You should also make every effort to work through the FAs RESPECT guide for Parents, available online at http://www.thefa.com/respectguide/ before the meeting. Thanks, Paul Smalley Chair of Mini Soccer
